Finally! Reports came in on Sunday that the wild steer, roaming the hillside and leaving landmines in his wake has been contained within a fence. At long last!Though his freedom lasted less than a week, it has felt like much longer. He is now in with a neighbor's herd of cows, and the good neighbor has gratiously offered to let us leave the steer be until he calms down. It has all worked out well, with little damage and alot of new friends in the neighborhood.
