Just a side-note to the Camas stories. We had a fabulous potato dish the other night, and my wife put in all the Camas bulbs we collected the other day. Delicious! The kids cleaned out the dish.BTW - the steak was from our steer we butchered last fall, the green beans from the garden, and the grape juice (not pictured) was from our vines. This year we definitely need to plant potatoes so it ALL comes from our place!
