New strawberries are popping all over the patch.In fact, we ate (the kids did, anyway) the first ripe one this weekend!
We took some time to put nets out to keep the birds at bay.
You can see here the posts used to suspend the black nylon netting.Pretty simple to put on and off. Works well to keep the robins out of the patch.
But there are lots of slugs! Need smaller netting!
