We've been looking at an ugly chicken coop for long enough. It looks worse now that the Garden House is in and all fancy-painted and such...So - lets spruce it up!
You can see, we've got it leveled up just fine. Now to add siding.
Before putting the siding on, we're adding more wire fencing to the base. We staple the fence to the base and extend it outward - this is very good to discourage skunks and coyotes from digging under to get at the hens.We can then cover the wire with dirt to hide it.
Here is the coop with some of the T-11 siding added - looks much better! Wait till we paint it and trim it.... you'll want to move in!
