Winter time is a great time for clearing out trees and cutting firewood.Just before Christmas Holidays is an especially good time so Mom and the girls have plenty of boughs for decoration.
We are taking out 6 or 8 of our trees so we have more light on our garden next year, and to expand the garden, too.

The boys put in a #110 trap to practice their skills.
It is always exciting and nice to clear out trees. It opens up the place, makes for more 'usable' land, and gives the kids plenty of 'woodstacking' time.
